I did write a bigger blog post. Honest. But it sounded a little bit cheesy on paper.
So, I’ll cut to the chase… I’m finally moving back to Vancouver and I CANNOT WAIT to start living and shooting weddings there again!
I’ve dreamed about living here for a few years and if we ever meet, I’ll explain my story and how it is an Englishman from London ended up living in Australia for 6 months (ok, stick with me here!), meeting some travellers from Calgary (now some of my best friends) and then on a visit to Canada, driving to Vancouver and falling in love with this city and the country.
I get back to Vancouver (or ‘The Couv’ as I like to call it) later this week and I cannot frickin’ wait!
It would be wrong not to have an image in a blog post, so here’s a panoramic image I took of the Vancouver skyline at sunrise in September 2010 on my birthday.

This panoramic picture of Vancouver is simply great. This city is naturally really nice looking, but on this picture, it’s simply amazing.
I would be totally lying if I didn’t say I was jealous. Alin & I are planning a trip to Vancouver this summer and we’d love to hang with you if you want :) I cannot wait to see you kill it with weddings in the “Couv”. Congrats on the move!
