If being a wedding photographer is the best job in the world, being a family photographer has to be a close second.
I never thought of myself as a family photographer, but I’ve done a few sessions now and I love spending time with my friends families and their young ones.
Amber messaged me months ago to set up a session with her husband Bryn and her son Evan who is a little man now in his own right .. so mighty fun was to be had.
We chose Iona beach as a spot for the session but little did we know that the areas we picked would be full of mosquitos. I swell up badly with any bites so I was keen to move on after they started following us everywhere .. ha! But we battled on as much as we could and found some other sweet spots to shoot in and I’m stoked with the results.
